Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged through normal wear, misuse, or improper care

Once your return request is approved, return instructions will be provided.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to replace the item if available.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the issue so we can make it right.
